Teaching is not a job but responsibility to hold

Education is a controlling grace to the youth,
consolation to the old, wealth to the poor and ornament to the rich.

Education is important to everyone. It is the stepping stone to have a successful future. Now, most school needs a quality and responsible teachers to educate the students of today.

Being a teacher is a great responsibility to hold. They need to enhance and educate the students. But before that, they need to know in their self that they are ready to handle the responsibilities and obstacle they’re going to encounter. There are things that you must consider for being a good and right teacher; you need to love what you are doing, you’re qualify to be, have an interest to teach and responsible for being a teacher. It is a fact that there are changes in your life and career once you become a real teacher. It is better to be a right teacher rather than to be a perfect teacher.

Different courses are offer in one university but we do believe that all students can be a good teacher though they are not a graduate of teacher education. Students, who are good, qualify and have an interest and love to teach are those who need to have a break to be a teacher. But be careful for accepting the offer and opportunity to become a teacher, especially those who are not a graduate of teacher education because you’re not just going to accept and do your job itself but the responsibility behind it. Come to think of this do you like to be one of them or not. Both may do. No matter I’m not a student of teacher education, I can say that I can be one of them but also can’t. Of course there are reasons why.

I can be one of them because I notice and see that most of the students need to have a good and right teacher. I can’t totally assure that I can be a perfect teacher but a right teacher to be. Even though I’m not a student from teacher education but I can also teach. Today most of the teachers are just doing their job and they didn’t do their responsibility behind. How were going to produce a quality and fruitful students if that is what we have today. The teachers that are responsible can count on your hand. They are responsible to enhance and educate the students to produce new quality teacher.

I can’t because I’m not ready to be one of them either to hold the responsibilities of being a teacher. I don’t have an interest to teach. I’m not going to accept the opportunity unless I know that I can manage the responsibilities behind.

Today we can see the different style and characteristics of teacher. Some are responsible not only to their job but the real responsibility of being a teacher. Other is just doing their work and job.

Now, I can stand in my decision that I don’t like to become a teacher. First and foremost I don’t want to teach. I want to explore and use the things I’ve learned from my course, to have work related to the course I took up. I’m not going to end my stand in this because I didn’t know my future job, that’s why if there is an opportunity for me to teach I can assure that I already have an experience of the job I want and I’m ready to accept the job and the responsibilities of being a teacher. I am glad to learn in order that I may teach. I can assure that I can do my best to be a right teacher not a perfect one.
