IMPRESSION

It is great and honor to me knowing personally the Creativoices Productions. Actually, I didn’t really expect that I’m going to meet this production ,but when I finally knew this production and give me a chance to have my ojt there it’s really my pleasure to work with this production because they have given me an opportunity to share my ideas and ability. I did not expect that they are so hospitable, kind and open to the student who is willing to have an on-job-training there. The first time that I saw and met this production, I really feel comfortable. The staff, employee and the big boss there was very hospitable and accomodating to other people. I was so amaze when I saw some of their works and the project they accomplished. They have made many projects like Corporate Videos, Narration, Commercials, Audio Books, Websites, Multi-media, Messages on hold, Looping, or dubbing, Animation and Characters, Instructional Videos and Broadcast Quality Podcasts. And after I saw some, just some of their works it show me a challenge, especially to us having an on-job-training.

DAILY JOURNAL
This is the first time that I went to Manila alone. Nervous, excited, and challenging experience I had. Actually, I’m going to meet my classmate, Jenny, to look for the company where we apply. It’s quite early that’s why she ask me to accompanied her in another company were she will apply and told me to submit my resume either. And finally we found the Creativoices Productions. We apply and interviewed at the same time and hired us to have our ojt there or should the big boss Mr. Pocholo “The Voice Master” Gonzales say as their staff. Afterwards he told us to start our on-the-job training there that day. The ambiance there was so cool. After we are hired as their staff I really felt honored and great. I was so amaze to the things I encounter there being a staff in that production. While having a conversation with our boss he shows us some of his works and achievements. It’s really challenging to be there. He also give us an assignment, to research about their company and to make an article related in their company. After we have our lunch we go back there and attend the workshop. It is nice and great chance to see and observed the said workshop. Even in the few hours that I spent there in that day I’ve learned new things. But unfortunately I didn’t finish it because I really need to go back in our province to get my things.011610(Saturday)1:00pm-4:30pm

Day that I need to start, but sad to say I can’t, that’s why I ask if I can start my internship the next day.011810

Early morning when I left Lucban to go to Manila to start my internship. I came from Lucban,Quezon, imagine the hours that I spend before I reach Manila but thanks God I came in the office before 9 in the morning because around 7:30 am I was already there. Finally I’m going to start with my internship in Creativoices Productions, exciting is what I feel. I don’t know how I’m going to start.

While waiting, I spent my time in the office, having conversation to the staff. And then when I finally start, (oh this is my first day of my on- the- job training) one of the staff there, Sir Peter told me that I’m going to record the podcasting that they cover yesterday and he will teach me how to do it. But it was interrupted because it’s too long so while waiting to finish it, the Executive Secretary, Mam Jera told me to help her in making the copy of the receipt of the company. I also watch the recording of one talent, Ms.Magnaye. After that we continue what we’re doing there. It was a great start. And nice to hear from our boss that I’m getting to know some of their works, documents and people coming there. All the staff there was very accommodating and fun to be with, even the boss himself. I’ve learned new things in this day; things that I didn’t yet experiencing. I also learned office work and hope I shared my skills and ability, even I know it just my first day.011910(Tuesday)8:30am-7:45pm

I went the office before 9 am, together with Mam Jera. In the office, I observed and asked what I’m going to do, so for the mean time I do my personal task such as making my daily journal, my blog, email, etc. And when our big boss came he instructs us what we will do. He gives us different work and gives a chance to explore everything not just an office work but a lot of things in this company. I really enjoy and having fun while doing my task. Were having fun but when it come in work we do it well and seriously. Research all the school having mass Communication courses is the task that he gave to me. I obey and got the things that I need to research. And then he told me to contact and inform all the school about the workshop proposal of the company. Great day, I call over again the school having mass communication course to inform them about the workshop proposal of Creativoices Productions. The first reaction I felt is nervous, afterwards I stop calling for awhile because I need to join in podcasting with Mr. Dick Gordon and Mr. Bayani Fernando in Bo’s Coffee Club Bonifacio High Street together with our boss Sir Choy, his staff Sir Peter, Kuya Jay, my co-ojt staff Aj and Gelo. There we take photos and videos and have time to take a picture together with Mr. Dick Gordon and Mr. Bayani Fernando.012110(Thursday)8:45am-8:15 pm














I continue what I’m doing yesterday, calling the school, informing about the workshop proposal of the company. We also have our meeting; we talk about there about the two programs the Summer Workshop on April and May, and planning for Radio Advertising, Radio Drama, and Political Advertisement. After that I chat with my boss and he allows me to experience to get inside the recording booth.012210(Friday)8:40am-7:00pm




This day has lots of event such as, workshop in the office, Philippine Junior Marketing Association MAD WORLD Conference, and OTAKU EXPO 2010.








I was assigned to stay in the office and in the workshop. But unfortunately one of my co-ojt staff didn’t arrived on time, that’s why I accompanied my other co–ojt staff Jenny to attend the Philippine Junior Marketing Association MAD WORLD Conference held at Fx Room 4 and 5 SMX Convention Center. We have our booth there where we stay. We entertain and inform the students and those who drop by to our booth about the company and the incoming workshop. I also met Kuya Drew who does the voice over of the said event. He is one of the members of the Society of Young Voice Artists of the Philippines (SYVAP). We also heard the talk and saw personally Mr. Jos Ortega the CEO JWT Manila, Mr. Jojo Leonardo the Senior Planner, Mr. Joe Dy, Mr. Henry Tenedero the Director and more. When all the speakers are done in their talk, the Callalily Band entertains the people there.






This day also is the first day of the OTAKU EXPO 2010 where our two other co-ojt staff Karen and Gelo was there.012310(Saturday)7:00am-8:00pm

Together with Sir Peter and my two co-ojt staff Jenny and Gelo, we attended the 2nd day of OTAKU EXPO 2010 at Megatrade Hall 2 SM Mega Mall. We entertain those who drop by in our booth and let them register. We also inform them about the company and the incoming workshop of the Creativoices Productions. In the said event there are lots of people wearing different anime costume. I really appreciate the things they are doing there. In the office, I do the encoding of all the names of those who register in our booth in Philippine Junior Marketing Association MAD WORLD Conference(PJMA) held at Fx Room 4 and 5 SMX Convention Center. While doing our own tasks our boss calls us and we conduct a meeting. We discuss there if we are enjoying what we’re doing there and the incoming activities of the company. After that we continue what we’re doing, when suddenly we experience temporary power off in the office. So for the mean time I and my other co-ojt staff there make conversation together with our boss and his staff. And then our boss invites us to join them in Cash and Carry to stroll and buy some gadget. While waiting them, I and Karen went to the dentist to ask about my toothache. After that we went back to the office and continue our work. I was also assigned to check and edit the workshop proposal.012510(Monday)8:40am-7:35pm

I call and inform other school about the workshop proposal. Our teacher in Internship Mr. Jefferson Tagulinao visits us in our office at Creativoices Productions, but unfortunately he didn’t meet our boss. After our teacher visitation I continue what I’m doing. We also do the inventory of books, magazines, appliances, and cd’s. It is the first day that we have a room where I and my other co-ojt staff stay.012610(Tuesday)8:40am-6:35pm

I just continue what I’m doing yesterday. After lunch our boss invites us to join him in his talk in UP Diliman. His talk was held at room 302 College of Business Administration UP Diliman. During the talk I took photos. When we get back to the office we stay there for a minute while Sir Ian was also there together with her cousin Mam Che. Sir Ian treats us in our dinner. We chat for awhile, exchange some thoughts and have fun. After that Sir Ian and Mam Che bring us at our home.012810(Thursday)9:00am-9:20pm





I went to the office together with my classmates and at the same time my co-ojt staff Aj, Jenny and Gelo. We’re too early when we reach the office that’s why we take our breakfast together. Then when we go back to the office I encode again the list of inventory that my co-ojt staff did and I also edit some files.

After lunch our boss went to his appointment, his staff was not around that day, the secretary and my co-ojt staff Jenny went to the bank that’s why I was alone in the office. By that I’m the one who answer the phone and entertain who call that day. Ms. Teresita “Tetchie” Lumibao call in our company inquiring about the incoming workshop, and followed by Dan who inquiring about the renting of the studio. When our office hour was already done our boss invite us to attend Emsie’s birthday celebration at Creative Center. We enjoy the party. We had fun, we sing, eat, dance, have a conversation and picture taking together with our boss Sir Choy and to the other two bosses Sir Ian and Sir Lloyd. I and Jenny finish the party until it end. Our boss shows us the trailer of A Worth Sacrifice and plays some inspirational song which I remember and realize something.012910(Friday)9:00am-1:15am








I and Karen were assigned to attend Glass House Graphics Creating Comics, Manga and Graphic Novels Seminar 2010 held at Green Room, SDA Bldg., De La Salle College of St.Benilde. The seminar was so great and I’ve learned new things there. They have a good speakers and artist who share us new things. They are Mr. David Campiti the CEO, Mr. Jezreel Rosales, Mr. Bong Dazo and Mr. Wilson Tortosa they are the GHG Artist. During break time of the seminar I was interviewed by the Hero Channel. We got a time to take picture together with the speaker. After that we went back to the office, there we meet some SYVAP members, Kuya Ray, Kuya Allan and Sir Zac.013010(Saturday)9:45am-8:20pm









Today is the second day of the seminar, I and Aj was there. It’s more interesting because today is more on application and coloring. I take some photos during the seminar. We really appreciate and enjoy the seminar. During break time me and Aj stroll in the place and take some photos. When we went back to the seminar, Sir Peter followed us to attend the seminar either. New speakers arrived to mention they are Mr. Anthony Tan, Mr. J. M. Aldeguer, Mr. Dan Borgonos and Mr. Ruben De Vera the GHG Artists, Mr. Jay David Ramos and Mr. Michael Bartolo GHG Colorist. Before the seminar end I received a certificate of attendance. After the seminar was ended we went back to the office before we go home.013110(Sunday)10:30am-9:15pm
